I’m so excited to run in the morning! Training for a race and increasing my mileage always gets me motivated to get out and run. Friday I conquered 6 miles- a distance I haven’t made it to in a long time! Tomorrow I’m planning for anything over that :-)
This morning I finished off my PB jar with some naner oats and a side of iced mint tea.
Mid-morning I enjoyed some edamame… it was close to going bad so I had to finish it today!
I enjoyed a green monster (peach- naner-spinach) and granola bar while cleaning up and decorating the master bedroom.
At 3pm I got a call to babysit from 4:30 to 10pm so I was pretty rushed leaving and I forgot my camera! My afternoon snack was a huge stockpile of edamame (I finished the container!) and dinner was beans, lettuce, salsa and chips… from a crappy Mexican restaurant that didn’t listen when I begged for “lots of vegetables.”
Because she is just that cute, here’s Dixie this morning… and one shot of her yawning! Doesn’t she look silly!?
For personal reasons, today was a stressful day for me. My mind is heavy so I am going to read my Bible, stretch and relax a bit before heading to sleep… I need my rest for tomorrow’s run!
