Cereal Rules (my life)

Yay, I got a haircut! The funny thing is that I don’t even know how many inches were cut off since my hair was always pulled back before! And I haven’t touched my hair at all, so don’t judge its messiness :)

So I will become a certified personal trainer through NASM next month… and it’s about time to start preparing for it!

I am going to do business cards and hopefully a website, too. I will start by working with a gym but I’d still like to have marketing materials that build me as a trainer.

The business cards will definitely have my name, certifications, email address and phone number. I’m thinking a light blue would be a good theme.

Do you all have any ideas of how I can best market myself? Any inspirational saying  you think might work on a business card?

I love having green monsters for lunch :) This one included a giant peach, spinach, 1/2 naner, plain soy milk, water, ice, 1/3 scoop soy protein powder, wheat grass and ground flax!

Snack was more cereal! When cereal is in the house, I always eat it more than anything else. I can’t wait until this huge box is gone!

I’m posting early today so I can make tonight (almost) computer-free. I really need to get working on my NASM materials!

I’m off to the gym… then study, study, eat! I’m going to make good use of these three weeks of a quiet house while David’s gone.
