Just 10

I love yoga and practice several times each week, but committing to at least 10 minutes every. single. day. is quite the challenge! Sometimes 10 minutes at home is more mentally challenging than attending a 90 minute class!

I did 10 minutes on my own at home after a sweaty 7.5 mi. run. I always start with a vinyasa and add in other poses as they come. If I draw a blank there is always another vinyasa or child's pose!

Today was full of playing catch-up with emails and little tasks. Funny how they creep up. I worked at lululemon tonight. Before heading in I attempted a swim but randomly got a bad headache and had to drop out.
Morning included chia pudding ( 1:2 of chia seeds and almond milk) with cinnamon and banana soft serve.
And a cantaloupe and strawberry fruit pop. Apparently my camera boycotted food after this!
Tomorrow morning is approaching too quickly. I have a walking date with Ryan and then I'm trying a new (to me) Bikram class before work!

Does working out alone versus with others change your mindset? Is it harder or easier to stay committed?
