The Day I Ate Everything

This morning began with fruit, peanut butter and a sweaty 7 mile run in 92* (feels like 106*) heat! Welcome to Florida!

I'm gathering tips to training in the heat, so make sure to leave yours in the comments! I'll feature them in tomorrow's post.

I ate about 4 billion small meals today, so to keep it interesting I'll just post the highlights!
Brian came over for banana soft serve with peanut butter and board games. I think he liked the soft serve! We also watched an episode of Drop Dead Diva since his cousin is the star!
After Brian left I ran some errands around town before meeting Jon for dinner at Ethos. He was so impressed with our Sunday brunch there that we had to return so he could try my favorite sandwich!

Yes, this is the third time in a week I have been to Ethos. My three most current posts all feature Ethos- and I love it!
We began the meal with cookies. I chose a shortbread and a coconut cookie.
I ordered the What's the Dilly, Philly? sandwich again... because it is the best plate of vegan grease I could ever want!
Scrumptious.
Nothing caps off a big dinner and dessert like Jeremiah's Italian Ice! I ordered my favorite: mango and coconut :)
