Hello! I’ve got to make this quick because I’m heading out for 4.5 miles before work!!
Yesterday was pretty groovy. All of your sweet responses to yesterday’s post really made me smile. I rushed around in the morning with a green monster before meeting Ryan for another awesome power yoga class! The class was intense, sweaty and rewarding. Perfect way to start the day!
Whole Foods is on my way home… good for me, bad for my wallet! I bough some organic bananas, a red pear, local bee pollen, Amazing Grass Kidz SuperFood in Chocolate (new for me!) and coconut oil for my skin and hair!
For lunch I had a big salad with black beans and a flat out wrap!
And some of my new Amazing Grass shaken with soy milk! (Review to come!)
Maybe some dried fruit and an unpictured fruit pop snuck in there!
I had my red pear before work. Yummy.
For dinner at work I packed naner/flax oats and an apple. Portable and comforting, it worked for me!
Do you practice yoga? D0 you prefer it to be more hard and challenging or gentle and relaxing? (I think one session can do both!)
